Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Register arriving guests and manage departing guests' folios in compliance with hotel regulations.
- Supervise and maintain accurate records for minibar operations, financial postings, inventory, and late charges.
- Facilitate foreign currency exchanges in accordance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements.
- Address phone calls and guest queries promptly and professionally.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates.
- Process non-refundable charges, modify registration cards, manage room assignments, and handle guest inquiries via email.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping department to ensure all arrival rooms are cleaned and special -amenities are provided before guest arrival.
- Handle cash payouts and refunds with precision and care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional image of the Private/Patio lounge and workstation areas.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'O'/'N' Levels or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or a related field is advantageous.
- Possess a cheerful disposition and exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sales and cash handling procedures is required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
