**This is a 3 - 6 months contract position
Successful Candidate will report to the Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities
• Process customer orders, plan, schedule deliveries and prepare shipping documentation.
• Attend to customer enquiries/complaints/feedback and liase with Sales for follow up.
• Provide effective communication and co-ordination between Sales and Customers.
• Plan & prepare purchase requisition to Purchasing/Procurement.
• Expedite Purchasing/Procurement/Sourcing for inward deliveries from suppliers to ensure on time deliveries to customers
• Liase with Store for outgoing deliveries to customers.
• Prepare and issue work orders to Store for assembly and packaging work.
• Assist Sales to update and manage customers project.
• Any other administrative tasks as required for sales department
Requirement
• Minimum GCE A levels or Polytechnic Diploma
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office program (Excel/Word)
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Singaporean or PR only (we do not have quota for foreign employment)
• Students seeking part-time employment may also apply (min. 3 working days per week or 5 x 4-hour shifts from Monday – Friday)
