Work Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: 5 days | 8.30am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer enquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate the shipments with carriers and clients
- Process the booking for shipments and prepare shipping documents
- Process custom permit for the shipping
- Ensure all cargoes are send in good condition
- Assist in billing and invoice
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in Logistics or equivalent
- Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
