Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:


Job Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, ensuring the highest level of service satisfaction.

- Manage service bookings, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Consult with customers to assess vehicle service or repair needs and prepare comprehensive quotations.

- Record daily service/repair transactions and generate reports for customer review as needed.

- Identify and address customer needs, offering suitable service packages and add-ons.

- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

- Coordinate with workshop to ensure timely completion of jobs and provide customers with regular updates on vehicle status.

- Handle multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed records.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and capture customer feedback for management review.

- Assist in evaluating and improving workshop processes, providing administrative support as required.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or NITEC/Diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent.

- Experience in repair work scheduling and resource planning.

- Strong technical knowledge of car components and ability to estimate repair costs.

- Familiarity with motor insurance claim processes (preferred).

- Customer service-oriented with a proactive and independent work approach.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues effectively.

- Team player with a disciplined work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Strong administrative and coordination abilities.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.

- Flexible, friendly, and helpful demeanour, fostering a positive team environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).

- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence.
