JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: ASIA PACIFIC SALES MANAGER
REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new customers for Asia Pacific Region including but not limiting to managing all sales and marketing activities with overseas consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies.
- Identify and target key corporate clients, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed on the latest knowledge of the market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
- Provide regular updates to management such as sales forecasts, reports, and highlighting key performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with advancements in security systems and tools to enhance the sales process and improve customer experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities (include Education, Working Experience, skill and so on):
- Min. Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/IT Technology.
- Min. 5 years of working experience in a sales management role in the security line (CCTV/Intercom/Access Control, etc).
- Self-motivated, passionate, and responsible.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to do cold calls.
- Requires travelling overseas regularly for sales activities and meetings.
