Responsibilities:
- Manage season parking customer accounts and maintain an accurate and current customer database.
- Effectively communicate with season parking customers via written and verbal communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts & ensure payments are received promptly.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Analyse and compile season parking related reports.
- Ability to lead and support the team when required.
- Act as a point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Constantly eyeing for improvement and process efficiencies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience preferably in a supervisory position.
- Candidates with a Finance background is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Customer Management System.
