Job Description
- Arrange appointments with owners
- Hand over new condominium units to owners
- Conduct briefings on the rules and regulations of the estate
- Respond to residents' feedback/queries promptly
- Liaise with contractors on the internal defects/design of the condominium units
- Monitor the progress of defects rectification
- Act as a liaison officer for the developer
