The Role
- Oversee the Call Centre and Operations Departments, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Analyze data to provide insights, prepare and present detailed reporting to the management
- Prepare tender papers and procurement specification
- Writing of board papers and present to the management
- Regular presentation in the Board meetings
The Person:
- Possess a Degree with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in Business Operations and / or Call Centre
- Experienced in Management / Board papers, Tender, formal reporting
- Prior experience in presenting to senior management / board members
- Strong in presentation and communication skills
