- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Weekdays)
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturdays)
- Basic Salary Range: $2,500 to $3,500 (based on qualifications and experience)
Job Description:
- Assess customers' vehicle needs and provide technical solutions and quotes.
- Manage customer expectations and coordinate with service providers to meet demands.
- Collaborate with the workshop to deliver efficient aftersales service.
- Verify and explain invoice details to customers before billing.
- Address technical queries and escalate unusual issues to the Technical Team.
- Conduct test drives with customers if needed.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback through the Customer Incident Form.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and solicit feedback on services provided.
Requirement:
- Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (Class 3 preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience automotive or experience in the hospitality industry.
