Job Responsibilities:
Increase sales leads through the management of KDDI Asia Pacific's corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals
- Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with target audiences
- Manage and monitor social media performance, analyzing data to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with other marketing channel
Enhance sales lead generation through SEO and Google Ads optimization of KDDI Asia Pacific's website
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with vendors to plan and execute events (exhibitions, webinars, etc.) to generate sales leads
- Identify and select relevant events that align with target audience and business objectives
- Develop event marketing plans, including content creation, promotion, and lead capture strategies
- Manage event logistics and execution, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for attendees
- Analyze event data to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement
Plan and implement various initiatives to nurture leads generated from the above activities into high-quality opportunities
- Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns that utilize email marketing, personalized messaging, and other engagement tactics
- Segment leads based on their interests and engagement levels, tailoring messaging accordingly
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Analyze lead nurturing performance to identify areas for optimization
APAC Region Marketing Activities
Partner with KDDI Japan Headquarters to adapt and apply KDDI's marketing strategies to the APAC region, promoting marketing initiatives not only in Singapore but across the entire APAC region.
- Collaborate with KDDI Japan Headquarters to understand global marketing strategies and objectives
- Adapt and localize marketing strategies to suit the unique cultural and market nuances of the APAC region
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals
- Measure and analyze regional marketing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in generating leads and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
