Role : Customer Service Assistant
Summary : This role is responsible for providing assistance in order fulfilment processes. He/she is also responsible to communicate with operation teams, forwarders and vendors and see orders to completion.
Operations :
· Perform order processing operations
· Perform receiving processing operations
· Perform documentation for order processing activities
· Perform stock transfer / system transaction in WMS
· Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
· Perform system receipt of cargo
· Validate documentation and escalate non-conformities
· Identify operational shortfall and escalate
· Work in a customs 0-gst (bonded) warehouse (training provided)
Customer Service :
· Manage appropriate mitigating actions / plans to manage lapses in delivery of logistics services
· Prepare reports for customers and operations
· Perform billing process
· Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
· Administration Work with allocated resources to ensure service delivery
· Identify and escalate risk factors that impact efficiency
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday : 830am to 600pm
Friday : 830am to 530pm
Alternate Saturday : 830am to 1230pm
Location : West
