Description:
- Lead, manage, and train current sales project teams to meet monthly KPI.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and directing overall sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong client support with new and exiiitng client.
- Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are acceptable after evaluating risks and rewards.
- Ensure teams consistently meet customer expectations through good service and prompt delivery.
- Provide leadership and vision for the sales department.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for Management review and approval, ensuring the team meets or exceeds these goals.
