Description:
- Collaborate with HOD to ensure adequate staffing levels for both current and future requirements.
- Incharge of the full recruitment process.
- Work with HODs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and competencies.
- Design and implement training program as well as facilitate effective and efficient training and development for organization.
- Engage with the company's business partners to maintain necessary skill certifications and achieve partner status.
- Manage the application process for Government Training Grants and Subsidies as needed.
- Manage and enhance HR system.
- Oversee the HR executive's handling of daily HR tasks, including statutory submissions and employment passes.
- Prepare and deliver monthly HR reports.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Propose improvements to HR processes.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of Full Spectrum in HR as well as recruitment.
- Experience working in a company with staff strength between 20 to 80 pax
- Experience in construction, Oil & Gas, IT, M&E, would be an added advantage
