Description:
- Perform onsite tech support troubleshooting of hardware, software and networking issues for various users
- Perform Level 1 tech support fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, setting up hardware and configuring systems and application
- Help send sms requests as and when needed
- Solve basic technical problems and to escalate to higher tech support if necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/ Diploma in IT.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Tech support
- Strong interpersonal skills.
