Job Scope
· Manage all civil infrastructure and building projects under DLP and/or warranty (focus and emphasis would be on building projects)
· Report regularly on status to Singapore Project Management Office (PMO) and Singapore Branch Office (SBO) including preparation of weekly and monthly summary reports.
· Attend meetings and inspections with Clients and other stakeholders
· Compile and receive documentation including material certificates and test reports from Suppliers or Subcontractors
· Prepare, review and/or approve documentation submission to Client and other stakeholders
· Coordinate and participate with relevant parties including Client and other stakeholders for inspections and other relevant activities
· Raise Request for Inspection for all inspection activities and maintain records
· Responsible for inspection and documentation for all projects under DLP and/or warranty
· Support and participate in QHSE inspections or audits across all sites
· Completed project sites under purview currently under DLP/Warranty (Building projects x4; Civil Projects x11)
Job Requirements
· Degree in Civil Engineering and/or related field
· At least 5 years’ experience in construction QA/QC matters
· At least 3 years’ experience in managing defects in building projects.
· Experience in managing defects for civil infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
· Will have to travel between completing/completed projects (entering or currently under DLP/warranty period) mainly in Central and Eastern Singapore.
· Preferably with own transport for access to projects during odd hours
· Open to working late night shifts (11pm-4am; 2-3 times per week) due to LTA/infrastructure projects engineering hours being late night, early morning during maintenance time.
