Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager with a strong background in HR generalist roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in structuring performance review templates and guidelines, managing high-volume cross-border hiring, and building strong candidate pipelines, particularly for graduate hiring. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a remote environment and is adept at managing remote teams.



Key Responsibilities:

• HR Generalist Expertise:

o Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

• Performance Management:

o Develop and implement performance review templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and fair performance evaluations.

• High-Volume Cross-Border Hiring:

o Manage high-volume cross-border hiring processes to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.

o Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and practices.

• Candidate Pipeline Development:

o Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, with a particular focus on graduate hiring.

o Develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

• Remote Work Management:

o Foster a productive and collaborative remote working environment.

o Provide support and resources to remote team members to ensure their success and engagement.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role.

• Proven experience in developing performance review templates and guidelines.

• Extensive experience in high-volume cross-border hiring.

• Demonstrated success in building strong candidate pipelines, especially in graduate hiring.

• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing remote teams.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in HR software and tools.
