Responsibilities:
- Secure and acquire new accounts and job positions
- Create and draft job advertisements as per client’s requirement
- Source and filter candidates’ applications
- Liaise and work closely with clients on interview arrangements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Able to work independently with high level of self-discipline
- Certificate of Intermediaries (CEI) is required to conduct EA work
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in Recruitment Agencies or any other relevant field
