Job Responsibilities:
- To respond to service calls and service/repair banking equipment (banknotes/currency machines) & office equipment (shredders) based on SLAs
- To provide & ensure routine maintenance servicing (monthly/quarterly) of banking & office equipment
- Compliance with regulatory guidelines & requirements
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
- Possess Class 3 or Class 2B will be an added advantage
- Training provided for those without/lesser experience
