Our client is a global professional services provider firm that provides audit, tax and advisory services. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for Tax professionals with the experience in Asset Management industry to join the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships in asset management sector such as fund management and real estate funds to provide them tax advisory service
- Advise clients on fund structuring, cross border transactions, tax structuring of carried interests etc
- Advise clients on tax diligence of investment holding entities
- Provide clients with tax efficient solutions, application of tax incentives etc
- Advise clients on acquisition, divestment, restructuring, from initial due diligence to post-deal implementation
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other accounting qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate tax covering asset management, fund management, real estate industries
- Strong client servicing and communication skills
- Analytical, project management skills
- Motivated, team player with leadership skills
