Our Client is a local premium baby gears and development toys company.
They are now seeking a permanent, part time new addition to their team.
Part time example 2 hours in the day and 2 hours in the evening for weekdays, 2 hours for Saturday morning.
Customer Service cum Marketing Assistant
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service:
- Swiftly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
- Solve customer issues related to shipments, returns and product matters like a pro.
- Help customers track shipments and arrange returns, including generating RMAs and return labels.
- Coordinate with couriers and 3PL providers to resolve shipping hiccups.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure every customer walks away satisfied with your prompt and effective solutions.
eCommerce Operations:
- Keep our website fresh and fabulous with accurate, up-to-date product listings and prices.
- Assist in planning and managing inventory to keep our stock levels optimal.
- Coordinate the purchasing of goods from manufacturers to meet our eCommerce needs.
- Monitor and report on eCommerce performance – we want those numbers looking good!
Marketing Support:
- Send product samples to influencers and manage those relationships like a champ.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives with your creative flair.
- Help create and distribute eye-catching marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute exciting promotional activities.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a BPO environment.
- Mastery of Shopify backend – this is non-negotiable!
- Familiarity with eCommerce operations and best practices.
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Top-notch organizational and multitasking abilities.
- The ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team.
- Independent learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in inventory management and purchasing is a bonus.
- Knowledge of handling RMAs, return labels, and coordinating with couriers and 3PL providers.
- Flexibility to work hours that straddle US and Asia time zones.
- Willingness to work a five and a half day week.
