Job Description
- Full spectrum of Human Resource functions and good understanding of Singapore Employment Laws
- Assists with the recruitment and hiring processes and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Assists with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellation for foreign workers
- ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims and work pass applications
- Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records in the system
- Ensure that all HR documentation is properly filed and administrated, this includes employees' personal files, employment, confirmation, warning, resignation and confirmation letter, appraisals
- Updating & maintaining Employee's Group insurance.
- Handling of staff training & development plans and enrolment to trainings
- Handling of leave management in our system
- To ensure the organization chart is up to date and accurate
- To conduct HR related survey and prepare HR related reports
- Assists to organize team bond activities
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in HR of related discipline with at least 2 years experience.
- Responsible and responsive – must have a great sense of responsibility towards work and be quick in responding to work queries
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Positive working attitude, meticulous, trustworthy, and reliable
- Adaptable / Flexible thinking
