RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
o Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
o Align HR strategies, policies, system and work processes to the organization’s
o business goals.
o Function as an eƯective business partner to various business units.
o Review organizational structures for eƯective deployment of resources.
o Develop sourcing and staƯing strategy plans and partner with internal hiring
o managers to achieve hiring goals.
o Undertake other HR and administrative assignments or projects.
o Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
o Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
o At least 8 years of related working experience, of which 3 – 5 years in managerial capacity.
o Dynamic individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
o Able to motivate, influence and build rapport at all levels.
o Assertive and proactive with good problem-solving ability.
o Willing to work in the West
