We are seeking an Executive (Data) for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Transplant Centre to play a pivotal role in driving data initiatives for the multiple transplant programmes. You will support data projects, collate and manage the various transplant database systems. Your tasks will include executing and recommending clinical data testing systems, including designing, documentation, implementation, and reporting.
You will also work closely with different stakeholders and collaborators such as clinical, Synapse and/or analytics teams to support clinical needs and improve clinical operations through executing data-centric projects, from ideation, requirement gathering, design and implementation, testing to closure. Additionally, you will be required to identify data sources to prepare studies and reports, as well as create dashboards to present to the respective Transplant Programmes Leads. You will also assist in budgeting and ensure sufficient resources are being allocated for the different transplant projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology OR Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Biomedical/Biological Science with working experience or formal training in data analytics
- Work experience in managing data in a healthcare setting will be an added advantage
- Experience in using programming/business intelligence software (e.g., Structured Query Language)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
