Web Masters, Singapore is seeking a skilled and driven Jewellery ERP Software & Application Manager to lead the team responsible for enhancing and supporting the solution. This position is based in Singapore and involves close collaboration with the Web Masters project team. The successful candidate will join a team of seasoned consultants, participating in the implementation and support of the application.
Mission & Main Activities
- Lead the team working on the enhancement and support of Jewellery ERP Software.
- Write and implement modified codes to meet client requirements.
- Develop quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) team to improve Jewellery ERP Software.
- Implement and manage Jewellery ERP Software.
- Test and evaluate the success of software implementations.
- Analyze installation and implementation problems to identify and resolve technical issues within established time frames to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify areas requiring modification in existing programs and work with the R&D team on these modifications.
- Provide best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise, Jewellery ERP Software knowledge, and industry experience.
- Ensure coordination and responsive follow-up to client needs and requirements, interfacing with appropriate Software departments and colleagues as needed.
- Communicate Jewellery ERP Software offerings and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Participate in support efforts.
- Stay updated with Jewellery ERP Software functional and technical features and improvements.
- Identify and resolve any installation and implementation problems to the client’s satisfaction within established time frames.
- Manage the overall design and configuration activity, ensuring the team follows configuration, scripting, and design guidelines.
- Analyze client needs, coach their teams, or take charge of product implementation, meet client requests, and manage client relations and project coordination.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of successful implementation and support of the Jewellery ERP Software for customers worldwide.
- 8-10 years of experience with financial software implementation and IT projects in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with development languages (SQL, Java, C, C++, etc.) to write rules in scripting languages.
- Experience with data modeling and SQL language.
- Project experience involving multiple stages of the project life cycle.
- Independent, proactive, and a team player with good interpersonal skills and a concern for quality service.
- Fluent in English.
