Responsibilities :
- Lead communication with clients and team members in the Philippines to analyze supply chain and financial needs, define goals, propose solutions, and oversee ERP project implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, controlling scope, progress, cost, quality, and risk for projects in the Philippine context.
- Conduct requirement investigations and complete business blueprint design tailored to local business practices.
- Coordinate project activities, including kick-offs and meetings, and manage client relationships within the Philippine market.
- Guide clients using industry experience to meet strategic goals and provide solutions for special business scenarios in the Philippines.
- Compile and summarize project documentation, and conduct internal reviews and sharing sessions relevant to the Philippine environment.
- Develop standard solutions for manufacturing in the Philippines and train junior and intermediate consultants for effective local delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, or Computer Information Systems.
- Over 7 years of relevant experience in a project management role in at least one complete ERP project.
- Over least 5 years of ERP systems implementation experience.
- Familiarity with large projects in financial system services, manufacturing, or MES, with understanding of local business practices in the Philippines.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- PMP or Information Technology Project Management certification is preferred.
- Filipino and Chinese are required to communicate with Chinese or Filipino language-speaking clients and support team.
