Customer Support/ Sales Coordinator (Engineering Order, Bukit Batok, No exp needed, team basis, up to 2.5K)
- Work time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Work Location: Bukit Batok
- Permanent headcount, stable opportunity
- Salary: S$2,500 + AWS + VB (Average 2 months)
Job Scope
- Following up with prospective and existing clients. Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Requirements
- Nitec or diploma in engineering field or “O” Level certification with engineering sales support experience
- Candidate without prior experience may apply
- Comfortable with engaging with potential / clients
- Open to visit customers in overseas every 3-6 months if required
