- Case Management
- Coordinating, responding to, and facilitating appeals, feedback, inquiries, and requests from customers promptly and accurately.
- End to end case management by collaborating with other units to ensure efficient, timely resolution and closure of public inquiries.
- Meeting service level requirements for customer interactions and adhering to writing guidelines and standards.
