Service Desk Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Service Desk Analyst based in our Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position.


Key responsibilities:

  • Setting up of laptops and software for end users (e.g. laptops, printers, monitors, etc), administration of user accounts for new joiners and leavers.
  • Provide first level IT end user support including troubleshooting, escalation of issues to respective IT teams/vendors as needed for quick resolution, applying upgrade/patches to computer systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
  • Assist in executing project activities or any other duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office365, MS Teams, File/Print) setup and administration.
  • Working knowledge in supporting Microsoft endpoints including anti-virus solutions, etc.
  • Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in end user IT support preferred.
  • Have good communication/inter-personal relations skills and be customer and service oriented.
  • Able to start work immediately.
