Responsibilities

  • Responsible for responding to public inquiries to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating, responding to, and facilitating appeals, feedback, inquiries, and requests from customers promptly and accurately.
  • End to end case management by collaborating with other departmental units to ensure efficient, timely resolution and closure of public inquiries.
  • Meeting service level requirements for customer interactions and adhering to company’s writing guidelines and standards.

Requirements

  • Possess customer service experience
  • Good writing skills
  • Proficient in basic digital literacy skills in using MS Words, MS Excel, PDF, Zoom etc.
  • Prior knowledge in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Good to have, not mandatory requirement)
