Customer Service Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service and administrative and clerical support.
  • Attend to sales inquiries, generate quotations, and provide after-sales support
  • Manage customer renewals, including relevant paperwork for contract
  • Process orders from online sales platforms
  • Assist in general administrative duties.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the director.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Proactive, meticulous, organized, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Eg, Outlook, Excel, Words)
  • With a minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Min. GCE ā€œNā€ Levels qualification /Nitec/Diploma required
  • Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

Other Information:

Work Week: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2

Salary: Basic + commission
