Job Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.
· Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Technical support
· Must have experience in Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
· Must have experience in Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
· Experience in setting up accounts for onboarding and offboarding
· Experience in IT operation administration and support for computer software and hardware, including servers and systems.
· Experience in Process documentation and monitoring metrics
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
