Job Description
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and clients
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Train, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently to maximise sales outcomes
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences and related disciplines
- Over 5 years of commercial experience, preferably within the healthcare pharmaceutical industry and exposed to women health/ pharmaceutical portfolio
- Highly motivated to deliver high-quality and professional ethics
- Able to make decisive decisions
- Good reasoning and negotiation skills
