About the client

I am representing a home grown and well-established automotive solutioning company and has since expanded its presence in the region with offices in more than 10 countries.


As part of their business expansion, they are looking for an independent and sales driven individual to assist them to consolidate their position in the market through an integrated suite of solutions ranging from automotive rental, financing , sustainability solutions to its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in automotive leasing, car rental, vehicle financing, and equipment leasing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in automotive, financial services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
