Job Description
- Full spectrum of HR operations
- Maintain HR database and records
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business
- Offer thought leadership regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution
- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organisational development
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development
- Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
- Business Partnering with the team in China to achieve business goals
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles, ideally in retail sector
- Well versed in Singapore Employment Act/ Legislation
- Pleasant personality and a cheerful, energetic disposition
- Analytic and organisational abilities with high level of accuracy
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
