Service Technician

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and engineering support for medical and aesthetic equipment which includes on-site maintenance servicing.
  • Provide after-sales maintenance service to customers, perform calibration of electronic components, understand Ultrasound components, and execute laser alignment procedures.
  • Manage routine repair work and provide troubleshooting and installation setup.
  • Manage spare part inventory and warranty spare part returns
  • Plan routine servicing schedule and assist in equipment setup for demo and new setup.
  • Arrange for equipment maintenance service contract and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical matters.
  • Prepare and maintain technical service reports.
  • Communicate with the manufacturers on complaints and problems.
  • Attend to break-down repair at short notice.
  • Assist delivery work as assigned.
  • Provide technical support functions at demonstrations and exhibitions.


Qualifications

  • Able to troubleshoot circuit boards and hands-on.
  • Preferable Engineering Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferable to have Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
  • Possess relevant experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting skill knowledge in laser systems and medical aesthetic equipment.
  • Good technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.
  • Pro-active, Good team player who is able to complete the assigned jobs within a given time frame and possesses a great desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Able to work independently, is hardworking, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to write and communicate well in English.
