Responsiblities:
- Senior Site supervisor for Sub-contractor MRT stations/HDB/CONDO/BANGALOW project.
- Manage construction activities and progress independently.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work.
- Resolve site problems encountered during the construction period.
- Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.
- Responsible for site manpower and materials planning.
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
- Monitoring and control of contract works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, code of practice, scope of work and to enforce safety regulations.
- Able to work out rebar schedule will be an advantage.
Requirements:
- At least 5 Year(s) of on-site working experience in RC structural field is required.
- Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
