Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Sales Operations:Manage the sales operations for brick and mortar channels, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the performance of mass merchandisers, independent dealers, and wholesalers to achieve sales targets.
- Leadership and Team Management:Lead the distribution team, providing clear direction and support to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and manage dealer sell-out, market inventory control, channel profitability, stock aging, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Budget Management:Effectively manage the distribution budget to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Set and monitor financial objectives to ensure budgetary alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Foster close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, supply chain) and external stakeholders (e.g., dealers, wholesalers).
- Maintain strong relationships to support business objectives and drive mutual growth.
- Operational Efficiency:Initiate and lead changes and improvements to enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
Implement best practices and streamline processes to optimize performance. - Business Analytics:Conduct in-depth analytics to understand business performance by channel and product.
- Utilize data insights to drive profitability and make informed decisions.
