The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with an Oil and Gas Multinational Corporation company to search for a Safety and Facilities Specialist
- Focus: Support On site facility maintenance, simple machine maintenance and working with vendor to resolve facility or machine operation & safety concern.
- Office location: West
- Working hours: 5 days’ work (Monday-Friday)
- This role will start off as a contract position.
The Talent
- Min Preferably Polytechnic Diploma in Facility Engineering OR similar with at least 2 years of experience in Properties/Facilities Maintenance, Fire Safety Manager qualification,
- WSH - Workplace Safety and Health Level B (strongly encouraged but not required).
- Familiar with HSE Tableau, INTELEX, MAXIMO will an added advantage
The Job
On site facility maintenance, simple machine maintenance and working with vendor to resolve facility or machine operation & safety concern.
- Define the management of the outsourced relationship.
- Support in detections and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
- Handles communication with direct colleagues and support the business about data gathering and analysis.
- Contributes and support to resolve facility/machine/safety concern as a team member.
- Engage with employees and contractors to ensure safety practices.
- Support HSE to drive workshop best practices & HSE culture and enable business growth through risk management and control processes.
- Support in incident investigation, site audits and inspections.
- Support HSE to complete all required metrics – Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the company system of record.
- Any additional task as assigned by the people leader.
