The Position:
The Customer Care Executive must be customer-oriented and process-driven. Specifically, this executive must believe in our Care and Connect culture – that shapes our behavior and enable our executive provides a personalize customer service delivery for our patients.
The Responsibility:
Our dedicated TCM Clinic Customer Care Executive shall be responsible in the following (but not limited to):
- Ensure daily operations of our Premium Centre are efficiently run.
· Provide excellent customer service and handle patients enquiry
· Arrange and schedule patients' appointments
· Ensure TCM Chinese medicine dispensary is accurate
· Ensure patients' record management are properly maintained
· Ensure customer’s needs are met and respond on time
- Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic at all times
- Ensure stock taking are accurately managed
- Work closely with therapists and physicians and support whenever necessary
- Run clinic projects whenever required
The Job Requirement:
Work hours: 10am to 2pm and/or 4pm to 8pm (weekday), 10am to 5.30pm (weekend)
Work day: 5 to 6 days (We do not work on PH).
