Role Overview:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades, including software installations and network configurations.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, perform routine maintenance tasks
- Create and maintain documentation related to IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Additional Ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Qualification requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in IT
- Preferably possess knowledge and working experience in supporting retail operations (luxury)
- Hands-on experience with software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
