- Assist to ensure all M&E construction activities meets the performance and procedures and making recommendations for improvements and correction actions.
- Manage contracts with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable code and standards and project schedule and cost.
- Work closely with draftsmen and all sub-contractors to carry out design, supervision and installation of the entire mechanical installtion, including testing and commissioning of all systems.
- Provide supervision and input to site projects with regards to site logistic, installation, safety, sub-contractors, quality, cost control and on-time reporting.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing corporate construction policies.
- Oversee the effective management of project activities to ensure timely delivery and low wastage.
- Liaise with internal department, goverment/Statutory Authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers to ensure smooth operation of projects.
- Assist in timely project progess reporting to Management and attending to all site meetings.
- Ensure business objective is obtained and complies with all relevant regulation and laws.
- Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters.
- Monitor the project progress and deliver project to the expected safety and quality objectives and ISO standards.
- Manpower allocation to maximise productivity.
- At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Those with potential will be groomed for a senior position.
- Those with Construction Industry (majoring in ACMV service) experience will be an added advantage.
- High level of initiative, independent, meticulous and able meet tight timeline.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy.
- Proficient in Ms Excel.
- Those with knowledge of AutoCad, Revit, Microstation ad Primevera software will be ab added advantage.
- Willingness to work at Taus area with company transportation pickup at designated MRT station.
