Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager for Korean Cosmetic, Hair Care and other Skin Care related products, you will lead all marketing efforts to promote and enhance the brand presence of our range of Korean beauty products, namely, shampoos, face masks, hair essence, hair dyes, soothing gel and skin care in South Korea, Brunei, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore and look into expansion to other parts of South East Asia. You will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and overseeing brand communications to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
· Conducting market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and buying behavior related to
Korean cosmetic products.
· Analyzing competitors and identifying market opportunities and challenges.
2. Product Development and Launch:
· Collaborating with product development teams to conceptualize and create new Korean cosmetic products
that meet market demands.
· Planning and executing product launches, including developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
3. Brand Management:
· Developing and implementing branding strategies to position Korean cosmetic products effectively in the
market.
· Maintaining brand integrity and ensuring consistency across all marketing and promotional efforts.
4. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
· Creating comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Korean cosmetic products.
· Overseeing advertising campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, print, and events.
5. Distribution and Sales Channels:
· Identifying and managing distribution channels for Korean cosmetic products, including retail stores, online
platforms, and specialty stores.
· Developing strategies to maximize sales and expand market reach through effective distribution.
6. Consumer Engagement and Relations:
· Building and maintaining relationships with consumers through effective communication and engagement
strategies.
· Gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve products and marketing efforts.
7. Budgeting and Financial Management:
· Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
· Monitoring financial performance and Returns On Investment of marketing initiatives.
8. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:
· Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, especially, the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive, for cosmetic
products in these countries.
· Upholding quality standards and ensuring product safety and efficacy.
9. Team Management and Leadership:
· Leading and motivating a marketing team, providing guidance and direction to achieve marketing goals.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and supply chain.
10. Market Communication and PR:
· Managing public relations strategies to enhance the reputation and visibility of Korean cosmetic products.
· Handling crisis communication effectively when necessary.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (preferred), marketing or business administration.
· Work experience: At least 2 years in marketing within the beauty or cosmetics industry, with specific experience
in Korean cosmetic, hair, shampoo and skin care products is highly preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management.
· Analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven marketing strategies and performance analysis.
· Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Customer Relationship Management systems, and data analytics platforms.
· Fluency in English, Korean and Chinese language (written and spoken) preferred.
Salary range: S$7,800 – S$8,800
