Reporting to the Head, the Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing Fans Community Engagement strategy across multiple venues that will make an impact to our patrons. Your lead efforts to foster a vibrant and active fan base by creating and executing fitness and non-fitness events / programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil Company objectives through the event.
- Comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations always.
- Develop event reports and distribute as required to partners/organizations.
- Develop event feedback and patrons’ feedback and survey.
- Develop and reconcile event budgets and oversee all finance.
- Establish procedures and train team members to execution.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Nurture and build relationships with partners, venues, and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events.
- Oversee fans experiences from conception through post-event review; manage on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown; and ensure consistent, high-level standards throughout all phases.
- Procure and oversee event vendors; develop ITT’s; negotiate agreements to ensure fiscal responsibility and highest quality of services and products.
- Remain current (or ahead of the curve) with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities of personnel, agencies and vendors as required to successfully execute all aspects of the event.
- Troubleshoot and smooth issues ensuring the successful execution of the event program.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with min 3-5 years of managerial experience
- Proven track record of successful events execution
- Demonstrated success working with clients, stakeholders, and brands.
