Job Description:
•Perform all opening and closing duties, especially handling e-mails and guest communications, responding to all enquiries and special requests.
•Answer the telephones according to standards and have a full understanding of the restaurant operation.
•Manage all the reservations and ensure all the reservations are handled swiftly.
•Arrange the service flow and seating plan through the restaurant operation.
•Greet guests at the door immediately and seat them comfortably.
•Follow through and constantly update the restaurant guest’s database to be efficient and consistent in relation to regulars and VIPs.
Requirements:
•Good communication skills and positive attitude
•No experience required; training provided
