- Position: Purchasing & Admin Executive (Manufacturing) - Up to $4,200 - Transport Provided
- Location: Shipyard Crescent (Transport Provided from CCK, Jurong West, Lakeside MRT & Jurong point)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8,30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus + Insurance + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Claim $400/year + Dental Claim $200/year

Responsibilities:
- Liase with Engineers & Managers on their purchase requirements.
- Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality standards, delivery, prices etc
- Process purchase requirements, create and match POs in SAP etc.
- Review and follow-up on tender bids and documentation.
- Provide administrative support as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies
- Min. 2 year(s) of procurement experience preferred
- Proactive, positive and responsible individual
- Able to work under tight deadlines with strong sense of urgency
