Customer Service Coordinator

Veritas Petroleum Services (asia) Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support department objectives
  • Take prompt and efficient actions on various customers’ requests
  • Manage customers and contracts’ database
  • Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Nitec and above, with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Fluent in English; a 2nd language will be an added advantage
  • Responsible individual who is well-organized and has the ability to multi-task with good follow-up skills
  • 5-days work week
