Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship to the staff.
- Nurture positive teamwork among team members.
- Provide leadership to staff to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Ensure licensing requirements, health and safety regulations are maintained at all times.
- Establish positive partnerships with parents.
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood and Education – Teaching and Leadership.
- Hands-on experience in handling administrative and operative directives of a preschool environment.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- A good command of both spoken and written English.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Childcare Centre Leader.
- Work locations: Islandwide.
