Candidate should be able to converse fluently in English (with Mandarin, other Chinese dialects and/or Malay a plus if possible). Physical interaction with patients, consulting/translation as needed, and setting patients onto treatment equipment are required for this position.

This candidate will be brought in with the intention to become one of our primary patient communication specialists. The right individual must exhibit an ability to communicate a range of concepts clearly to different types of clients, and be comfortable with presenting/selling treatment plans recommended by their doctor. You will be trained accordingly on the details of what we do and specifics about how to answer questions that some patients may have. However, a natural ability to connect with others and a high amount of positive energy are needed for this role. Our team works hard, but we also have a lot of fun in the process as well :)
As all of our clinic assistants, you will also need to learn how to help assist on the treatment floor with our patients. This will all be taught to you, but does require a decent amount of physical activity during busy periods.
