- Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the work of any subcontractors
- Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
- Provide regular updates on construction project status including development and risks
- Document any modifications in project specifications and scope of construction work
- Address disruptions, emergencies and complications promptly
- Ensure workplace safety, health and environment
- Evaluate construction efficiency timeline adherence and recommend improvement for any under performance
- Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
- Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
