Channel Sales Manager, Indonesia/SEA (Cybersecurity Software)

A leading Cybersecurity MNC is growing rapidly and they are looking for a Channel Sales Manager, Indonesia/SEA to join the team here in Singapore, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, SEA. The role comprises of 70% New Business Development and 30% Account Management.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner decision-makers.
  • Enable partners through training, marketing support, and technical assistance.
  • Manage partner performance, providing coaching, and addressing performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and manage channel budgets, forecasts, and sales reports.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding partner networks.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner engagement strategies, and sales operations.
  • Prior experiences in Cybersecurity Software.
  • Existing network of partners in Indonesia is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
