A leading Cybersecurity MNC is growing rapidly and they are looking for a Channel Sales Manager, Indonesia/SEA to join the team here in Singapore, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, SEA. The role comprises of 70% New Business Development and 30% Account Management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner decision-makers.
- Enable partners through training, marketing support, and technical assistance.
- Manage partner performance, providing coaching, and addressing performance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Develop and manage channel budgets, forecasts, and sales reports.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in channel sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding partner networks.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner engagement strategies, and sales operations.
- Prior experiences in Cybersecurity Software.
- Existing network of partners in Indonesia is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
